Slow but sure you will begin to see changes being made to this page. We have decided to drop posting information about Wayne County Truck & Tractor. We have carried information about the club since it was formed several years ago to help give the club a boost off of the starting line! Well the club is doing very well now and we can always use the space. Rather than just shut the site down while we make the changes we have decided to leave the site up and make the changes running! We hope to carry all sorts of useful information on the new page. If you have an idea of something you think would be useful or interesting let us know about it! During the week or so that this page is under construction it may at times leave you a little confused! But hey, we are too old to change our ways now! Hang in there, we will get it all together as soon as we can! Send those ideas to us at: WeAreAgriculture@aol.com
New Controls On All 2010 M-C Grain Dryers
All 2010 M-C grain dryers will come standard with a totally new control system unlike anything they have had in past history! The new controls are called Pinnacle Lite. The TruDry technology is a computer based system that is far superior than anything they have had in past years. The TruDry system has a 5" color touch screen that controls several functions on the dryer. It is a PLC system that works with setpoint numbers. Setpoints that you enter into the system. You can set the minimum and maximum setpoints for things like bushels per hour the machine will discharge. Grain temperature. Grain moisture and more. If for any reason at all the dryer exceeds any of your setpoints the dryer will shut down and the Alarm Screen will appear. That Alarm Screen will tell you what happened! And not only will it tell you what happened, but it will also tell you what to do to correct the problem and restart the dryer! Not bad, huh? Well there's more! The system can even be ran with your laptop or home computer! And it can also be programmed to call you or send you an e-mail to let you know whats going on! It can even call or e-mail your dealer and tell him whats going on as well! And with the DCCS or Direct Connect Computer System we now have in all of our service vehicles, this all means faster service should it be needed. Or you can simply send us an e-mail from your phone or computer direct to our DCCS for faster service! Isn't technology wonderful! Just one more ways we are growing with the flow!
New DCCS Direct Connect Service
New management here at WFS has brought on a lot of new changes! While Father may have known best how things needed to be done in business for a lot of years, Its now the Son's time to show Father how its done! Modern technology has found its way to Williamsburg Farm Service! With the technology that's out there it simply doesn't seem right not to take advantage of it. Especially when it means better and faster service for our customers! And thats exactly what we did. All of our service vehicles are now equipped with a DCCS or Direct Connect Computer System. With this system we can keep in close touch with the service center here and get instand access to any new jobs or service calls that need done while we are out on the road. And you also have another method of getting in touch with our service department. And we all know the more the merrier during harvest season! So now you can not only simply call our offices with your service needs. Now you can call our offices and contact our service department. Or you can call our service department direct. Or you can now send our service department a text message with your problem. And you can also send us an e-mail with your phone or computer! Hows that for options? And we even have one more method thats even faster! If you have a 2010 model M-C grain dryer with the Pinnacle Lite TruDry controls, your dryer can be programmed to sent a message directly to the DCCS system in our service vehicles when it detects a problem in the system! Thats right. Its possible we could already be in your barnlot making repairs before you even know there was a problem! Hows that for quick service? The new technology is wonderful! And you can rest assured that we will be on top of it from now on!
